Couple’s Jiu-Jitsu offers opportunities to work together, while supporting each other, on and off the mat.
Periodically, a Therapist will participate to analyze the group training and share with you what your training may say about your relationship. By learning to work together on the mat, it could translate to working together off the mat. All belt levels are welcome and no experience needed.

Our TTLP system enhances law enforcement, corrections and security guard training through fundamental physics. By using these concepts, you could over power and subdue someone bigger and stronger while using less strength and energy.
Practice and muscle memory are crucial and needed in building confidence and precision when executing techniques under extreme stress.
Due to the limited time and resources available to train officers, details often get lost in translation or not taught at all, resulting in lack of confidence, misuse and possible injury and/or lawsuits.
Adding our TTL system to any training regiment will increase the success rate of executing any given technique.
